You have to edit /etc/apt/sources.list as root. When I edited the /etc/apt/sources.list file the first entry seemed to cause some problems so I left it out and everything seemed to work. The first command does not work at all but that may not stop you from getting everything you need installed - just will not prevent the warnings.

When I chose all the packages at once and pressed "install" I got a new error screen that said: the dependency of the packages couldn't be resolved (Administration>Update Manager>Edit>Software Sources>PPAs) and saw that none of the packages were installed.
